Your details, explained.

This page explains what happens to information you enter on the Jeevz website. Last updated 23 October 2026.

Who we are

Jeevz is a trading name of a partnership of Maximilian Burnett, Guy Sharp and Robert Quinn. The partnership is responsible for the personal information you send to us.

A24 Ambassador Building, 5 New Union Square, London SW11 7BN.
Contact: hello@jeevz.co.uk.

The enquiry builder

You can enter your name, business, sector, town, contact details, area of interest, preview direction and a message. The builder prepares an email in your browser; it does not submit those details to a website database or automatically send a message.

Trade and example links can preselect a sector and colour palette, and those choices may appear in the page URL. “Discuss this setup” carries the studio’s selected direction into the builder and can fill a blank business-name or town field with details you typed. You can review, change or remove the direction before preparing your message.

When you choose “Open email app”, the details are passed to your email application as a draft. You decide whether to send it. If you copy the message instead, you control where you paste and send it. Your email provider handles transmission when you send.

When you contact us

We use the information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry, discuss your business needs and arrange a conversation. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list just because you make an enquiry.

Enquiries may be handled by our partners and authorised team, using the email and business-system providers needed to respond. Our website does not make a booking or promise a response time on your behalf.

How long we keep enquiries

Our intended enquiry retention period is up to 12 months after your last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion or we need to retain a record for a specific business or legal reason. You can contact us to ask about your information.

The interactive examples

The businesses, enquiry details and imagery in the examples are illustrative, not customer case studies. The examples do not send enquiries, make phone calls or contact a third party.

Personalisation and sample enquiry previews run in your browser. If you open a full example, the business name, town and colour palette are carried in the URL fragment so the example can show them. Those details can be visible in browser history or a link you copy. Sample messages are not sent to an AI service by these controls. Do not use sensitive information in a demonstration.

“Copy preview brief” copies the displayed setup into your clipboard when your browser permits it, or shows selectable text if copying is unavailable. It does not share the brief with another person or service. Search and motion settings are not saved persistently.

Website services

We do not use advertising trackers or persistent browser storage for the enquiry builder. The site and its fonts are delivered through hosting and font providers, which may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address.

Questions or requests

To ask to see, correct or delete information you have sent, or to object to further contact, email hello@jeevz.co.uk. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
